FEES: Once your processing fee has been paid to National Visa Registry or US Visa Services, it is NOT refundable. Since we pride ourselves on fast service and immediate processing of all orders, we can not refund any part of the registration fee once the payment has been made because we have substantially performed.

Fee paid is NOT recoverable if filing of the lottery application is made impossible by any events beyond the control of National Visa Registry. ( For example, including but not limited to Act of War, Acts of Nature, Legislative or procedural change and/or State Action). All applicants acknowledge that they will not submit duplicate applications and National Visa Registry will not be responsible for any such submissions.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS: Any application that is received by NVR and is NOT COMPLETE will be destroyed. An application is NOT COMPLETE when it is missing the payment (or proof of payment), missing a photo or missing an application. If you have paid for your entry and it has been destroyed, you may send us a new application that is complete.

If you are paying by Wire Transfer or Western Union, you must submit a copy of proof of payment with your application. If you do not submit proof of payment, your application will be regarded as NOT COMPLETE and will be destroyed

Feedback; Confidential Information. Please note that, with the exception of credit card numbers, National Visa Registry does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web site. Any non-personal information or material sent to National Visa Registry will be deemed NOT to be confidential.
